Job Summary
Job Title: Social Worker

Shift: 5x8-Hour 3:30 PM 12:00 AM
Compensation:
Weekly Gross: $2166
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Social Worker for an 8-week assignment in Cumming GA. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate support and professional services to patients and families ensuring quality care and adherence to ethical and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive social work services to patients and families.
Provide emotional support crisis intervention and care coordination.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.
Assist with discharge planning and community resource referrals.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Social Worker.
Active LCSW license in the state of Georgia.
Current BLS certification.
Proof of COVID-19 vaccination.
Strong communication interpersonal and organizational skills.
