Job Summary:
Ginger Media Group is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Inside-Sales Representative to join our team in this role you will be responsible for handling incoming calls qualifying leads and converting them into sales opportunities. As the first point of contact for our customers you must demonstrate professionalism excellent communication skills and a strong ability to understand and meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inbound Call Handling: Answer and manage incoming calls promptly while providing accurate information about our services.
- Lead Qualification: Assess and qualify leads based on predefined criteria such as budget decision-making authority and interest level.
- Sales Process: Guide prospective customers through the sales journey by addressing queries and providing relevant solutions.
- Customer Support: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers ensuring their satisfaction.
- Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value proposition.
- CRM Management: Accurately log customer interactions and update records in the CRM system for efficient follow-ups and sales tracking.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Persuasive and convincing communication style to drive sales conversions.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong work ethic enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
- Prior experience in customer service sales or a related field is preferred.
