Title of Position: Restaurant Manager

Job Description: The Restaurant Manager is responsible for ensuring operational excellence by overseeing daily opening and closing duties maintaining cleanliness sanitation and safety across all areas including the restaurant bars dog parks and patios. The Restaurant Manager provides strong staff leadership by supervising shifts managing schedules onboarding training and conducting performance evaluations. With a focus on guest service and community engagement the Restaurant Manager handles interactions professionally to ensure an exceptional experience for all visitors both human and canine. Safety and maintenance are key as they enforce rules for leashed and unleashed spaces and manage incident reports or emergencies. Additionally the General Manager assists in planning and executing public and private events supports inventory control and supply ordering and ensures food and beverage quality meets high standards. By partnering with the management team the Restaurant Manager works to set and achieve sales goals optimize labor and control costs all while fostering a culture of positivity adaptability and extraordinary service.
