Job Summary:
The Registered Nurse (RN) Med/Surg delivers patient-centered care to adults with medical and surgical needs. The RN is responsible for assessing planning and implementing individualized care plans while ensuring quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care for medical and post-surgical cases.
Assess monitor and document patient conditions.
Administer medications and perform routine nursing procedures.
