What Youll Do
Greet customers and assess their service needs
Communicate clearly with both customers and technicians
Write repair orders and explain recommended services
Provide accurate estimates and obtain customer authorization
Follow up on vehicle status and ensure timely completion
Build lasting relationships through trust transparency and care
What Were Looking For
2 years of experience as a Service Advisor (dealership preferred)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Organized dependable and guest-focused
Ability to handle a fast-paced environment with professionalism
Familiarity with DMS/CRM systems (CDK Dealertrack or similar)
