About the Role
As an IT Support Technician youll be the go-to expert for on-site technical support in our Lisbon office. Youll ensure smooth operations across hardware software and collaboration tools while working closely with global colleagues in France Spain Italy and Germany. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety autonomy and making a difference in peoples daily work lives.

What You Will Do
Installation and replacing end user IT workplace equipment (pcs smartphones printers collaboration tools).
Support managing local servers and networks in collaboration with global IT teams.
Processing and taking ownership of tickets from customers
Administration of IT assets (hard- and software).
Training and education of users in relation to IT workplace and collaboration tools.
Contributing to improvement of IT services and knowledge databases.
Supporting local applications (where applicable and in line with global policies).
Following (internal and external) audit requirements.
Who You Are
Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science or related field.
Minimum 12 years of experience in local IT support or similar hands-on technical roles.
Experience with Office 365 basic networking and hardware troubleshooting.
Familiarity with service management tools (e.g. ticketing systems).
Good analytical organizational and communication skills.
Proactive independent and solution-oriented mindset.
