Join Ecolabs sales team as a District Labour Managerin theLight Industrial market. Within our industry leading Nalco Water division this technical management opportunity plays a key role in supporting a districts sales team made up of 10 sales this position you will oversee the district equipment and servicing functions by supervising and developing a team equipment & servicing engineers. You will offer expertise on daily operations to optimize our field teams ability to deliver best in class solutions for our customers.

What You Will Do:
- Booking in of all work for Nalco Equipment engineers in designated district.
- Running reports to allocate job sheets.
- Building relationships with key partners and liaising on an ongoing basis to ensure service delivery is optimised.
- Raise orders and checking of costs.
- Check and submit RAMS.
- Liaise with customers to schedule works.
- Own problems and work with multiple stakeholders to ensure swift resolution to issues.
- Canvas different partners to ensure the best costs are obtained for works and raise quotations for the sales team.
- Action emergency work orders in a timely and efficient manner to ensure customer satisfaction and KPIs are met.
- Management and auditing of partners to ensure H&S and compliance to Nalco standards.
- Carry out management and PP&Ds of any direct report.
Position Details:
- Candidate must reside in the UK preferably in Manchester/Cheshire areas.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Excellent communication required both written and verbal.
- Planning experience.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook).

Preferred Qualifications:
- Supervisory experience.
- Water treatment or water hygiene experience.
- 1 year of experience in a sales organization.
- Customer service experience where you have directly interfaced with customers.
