Job Summary:
The Special Project manager will manage and oversee projects initiated in the department of housing & community developments office of implementation & innovation related to the agencies vacant reduction strategy and reframe Baltimore performs professional work in managing an administrative programmatic or technical operation for an agency. may involve leading operations officer within the implementation and innovation team but does not involve full supervisory duties or responsibilities. This position will involve managing several specialized projects in collaboration with various divisions within the agency and the mayors office. work may require incumbent to manage agency operations requiring integration of basic processes; or assisting a higher-level manager in the administration of a moderately complex operation. Incumbents typically function as managers of small programs or coordinators of small administrative service operations. Initiative and independent judgment are exercised within a framework of standardized practices and procedures.
Essential Functions:
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: A bachelors degree from an accredited college or university.
AND
Experience: Have four years of experience in administrative technical or professional work.
