What Youll Do:

• Empower: Support individuals by providing services that bring their personalized plans to life. Youll help them grow and achieve goals in a way thats as unique as they are.

• Maintain Excellence: Keep the ADS space organized and ensure everything is up to health and safety standards so its a place where creativity and care can flourish.
• Stay Ahead: Stay up-to-date on regulations and best practices (like HIPAA) document services and report any issues promptly to keep everything running smoothly.
• Drive: Help transport individuals to and from ADSmaking sure the journey is safe enjoyable and in line with Creative Foundations policies.
• Engage: Be a welcoming presence for anyone who walks through the studio doorswhether its offering a helping hand or setting up someones adaptive equipment your support will help them shine.
