Key Responsibilities
Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet or exceed lead response appointment and conversion goals.
Monitor CRM and lead management systems to ensure timely responses and follow-up.
Train and coach staff on best practices for phone text and email communications with customers.
Collaborate with the Sales Department to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Analyze performance data and generate reports to track department success.
Develop and implement scripts workflows and processes to improve lead handling and customer engagement.
Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
Assist in marketing campaigns and promotions to increase lead traffic.
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in a Sales BDC or customer service management role preferably in the automotive industry.
Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g. VinSolutions ELEAD DealerSocket) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Goal-driven with the ability to analyze data and adjust strategies accordingly.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
