This role is with a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) committed to delivering comprehensive care to underserved populations across the region.

Salary and Benefits

• Salary: $225000
• Sign-On Bonus: $20000
• Relocation Assistance: Up to $5000
• RVU Bonus
• Quality Incentive Bonus Up to $4200 quarterly for meeting all 12 quality measures (pro-rated for part-time)

Responsibilities

• Schedule: Monday to Friday schedule (36 clinical hours 4 admin hours) 4 Day Work Week Optional
• Outpatient primary care services
• No nights or weekend shifts
• Patient volume average of 22 per day
• Limited on-call responsibilities
• Team-based environment with clinical support

• Encourages independent medical decision-making

Requirements

• MD or DO degree required
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Active Massachusetts medical license
• Commitment to providing high-quality accessible care
• New graduates encouraged to apply
