Founded in 2021 the Airbus Global Business Services (AGBS) unit will be contributing to Airbus global success and play a vital role in Airbus transformation journey in standardisation harmonisation digitalisation and automation of end-to-end processes ( to Pay) of all overhead functions. Our target is that siloed ways of working /processes will be a relic of the past within the AGBS. Responsibilities - your mission

The jobholder will be responsible for Airbus Finance Process Quality. The Airbus Finance process department supporting all divisions is being reinforced within Finance Transformation .
Within this new set-up as a Finance process expert and part of this department mixing IT specialists and Business/Compliance Managers your mission is to support Airbus Finance process Department to fulfil its roles & responsibilities.
As a focal point your activity will require you to liaise with other Stakeholders in
Compliance and Internal controls (Security IM Security Compliance other functions Risk and Compliance Teams other Finance Systems and IM teams) and in the Finance Operations (Accounting Transactional Accounting Treasury)

As part of the Finance Process department you will:
Ensure you are aware of all key Process Management reference documents and their updates
Coach Process Owner on Quality Mindset Right First Time and Plan Do Check Act
Organize an efficient and simple working environment for the Process Management Team
Identify the relevant network for each Finance Process
Address significant deviations to process definition through robust root cause
analysis and eradication
Manage internal and external requirements referring to Finance
Foster a process-oriented and a continuous improvement mindset within Finance

The Finance Process department works cross-divisionally and functionally maintaining close interfaces with relevant internal as well as external stakeholders.

Tasks & accountabilities:
The main tasks and responsibilities will include:

Process management:
You provide support in the design and implementation of process architecture in accordance with Airbus Business Management (BMS) rules
You assure that all process maturity criteria are fulfilled by the Process and lead the maturity assessments
You proactively support the Process Management Team to set up the Process
referential (Competences Resource Models Documentation Plan) are up to date managed and continuously improved
You Ensure that process Risks & Opportunities are managed
You assist Process Owners during all Surveillance Plans (EN9100 certification internal and external audits process adherence) are ensure that findings are effectively addressed
You organize support and coordinate a process network

Requirement management Compliance
You actively promote and secure adherence to international standards that apply to the Group and the process compliance to internal and external business requirements
You provide support to strategic planning and tactical implementation of policies procedures and process manuals down to operational levels
You work in close collaboration with Process and Directive Owners
In order to assure holistic process approach you closely collaborate with the
Internal Controls & Compliance (FGI) Finance Systems (FFS) and Enterprise Risk Management (FZR) teams

Requirements - our ideal candidate will have
We are looking for a senior profile with 3 to 5 years of experience
Bachelor or Master degree in Management Finance or Accounting
Knowledge and experience in value stream mapping lean use of process
modelization tool (flowchart) Practical Problem Solving
Advanced knowledge of Finance processes End to end understanding (Procure to Pay Order to Cash) is a plus
Strong negotiation skills (i.e. diplomacy decisiveness assertiveness
cooperativeness) and commitment to integrity and professionalism
Ability to create and maintain a broad country-overarching network within Finance Functions
Good analytical mind-set problem solver proactive self-starter
Resilience persistence motivation
Language Skills: Negotiation level in English
