Job Summary

Are you a detail-driven organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced automotive environment Our Collision Center is seeking an experienced Parts Manager to lead our parts department and keep our repair operations running smoothly. If youre passionate about process improvement team leadership and ensuring top-quality repairs we want to meet you!

What Youll Do

As the Collision Center Parts Manager youll be the driving force behind our parts operations managing inventory optimizing supply chains and ensuring our technicians always have the right parts at the right time. Youll lead a dedicated team build strong vendor relationships and maintain the high standards our customers expect.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the parts department and supervise team members.

  • Maintain accurate inventory records minimizing overstock and stockouts.

  • Order and track OEM and high-quality aftermarket parts to meet repair schedules.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers for competitive pricing and reliable delivery.

  • Coordinate closely with technicians and service advisors to ensure efficient workflow.

  • Handle returns warranty claims and parts-related customer communication.

  • Train mentor and evaluate staff to foster a high-performing team.

  • Ensure compliance with dealership manufacturer and safety standards.

  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

What Youll Bring

  • 3 years of experience in automotive parts management preferably in a collision center or service department.

  • Strong understanding of automotive parts repair procedures and collision repair workflow.

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

  • Proficiency with parts management systems and Microsoft Office (Excel Word).

  • Ability to lead motivate and develop a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to quality and service excellence.

Preferred:

  • Associates degree in Business Automotive Technology or a related field.

  • Experience with inventory and parts ordering software systems.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in warehouse or shop environments.

  • Standing for extended periods as required.

  • Flexibility for occasional evening or weekend hours depending on business needs.
