BASIC PURPOSE AND FUNCTION: Provide support for MX Climate CSR group with standards not less than Excellent while working within the policies and procedures of the company.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Order entry support across Gdl Customer Service team. Process daily customer quotes and firm orders thru the following Order Entry options: Oracle and JDE
Filing Customer Profiles for new orders quotations and shipments based in the Record Retention
Index documents in Onbase
Weekly update new shipping dates in Oracle
Maintain monthly kpis collect data and keep kpis up to date
Acknowledge orders and shipping
Support other Bus such as B02B03 during CSR transitions training vacations disease and peak season
Support Management and CSRs
Take inbound calls and respond emails
Help on special project and update weekly reports

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION: Bachelors Degree in International Business Marketing or Engineering or High school degree.
EXPERIENCE: 1 YOE. Ability to work under pressure respecting deadlines and delivery results. Customer Service background. Export knowledge a plus. Computer knowledge (Oracle or another CRM experience a plus). Superior communication and organizational skills.
Collaboration First Hybrid Work Arrangements:
This role is hybrid eligible with the requirement to be in office at least three days per week. Colleagues are expected to demonstrate a collaboration first mindset which is the understanding that teams will work together in-person and colleagues should be flexible to adjust their hybrid days based on business needs. You will have an opportunity to work with your team and leader to determine when you should be in office to drive meaningful connections and to best serve our customers.
