Job Summary

Strategic Leadership
Lead the development of urban design visions frameworks and master plans for complex projects.
Provide thought leadership on urban design innovation sustainability and placemaking.
Guide design teams in delivering high-quality context-sensitive and future-ready design solutions.
Project Management & Delivery
Oversee the design process from concept to implementation ensuring timelines budgets and quality standards are met.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (planners architects engineers landscape designers economists).
Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with planning policies and urban development goals.
Design Excellence
Ensure projects integrate principles of sustainability resilience inclusivity and smart city development.
Champion human-centered and community-driven design approaches.
Review critique and elevate design outputs to achieve best-in-class urban environments.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
Partner with government agencies private sector developers and community groups to co-create urban spaces.
Provide expert input into planning policies guidelines and regulatory frameworks.
Represent the organization at design review panels conferences and public consultations.
