Job Summary

As a Service Delivery Technician (On-Site) you will be a key member of our Traverse City campus team responsible for hands-on IT asset management and stockroom operations. This role is fully on-site five days a week and is essential to ensuring seamless onboarding deployment advanced exchange tech refresh and reverse logistics for our end-users.

What youll do

Lead and manage stockroom operations as a core function maintaining optimal inventory and coordinating with vendors and internal teams.
Oversee the deployment maintenance and tracking of IT assets on campus ensuring compliance with company standards.
Support onboarding of new employees including device preparation and delivery.
Handle advanced exchange and tech refresh processes ensuring timely replacement and upgrade of hardware.
Manage reverse logistics including IT asset disposal and recovery from departing employees.
Resolve escalated hardware incidents and service requests providing effective on-site support.
Maintain accurate records in the CMDB reflecting asset and CI status changes.
Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery operations.

This might describe you

Proven experience in IT asset management or hardware support with a focus on lifecycle management.
Proven ability to resolve complex hardware issues and service requests.
Experience with CMDB systems and hardware asset management tools.
Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and with vendors.
Experience managing stockroom operations and working with external vendors.
Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement in service delivery.
Willingness and ability to work on-site five days a week at the Traverse City main campus.

Other things to note

This role will be worked from our Corporate Office in Traverse City Michigan.
Familiarity with public company requirements including Sarbanes Oxley and key regulations if applicable. For SOX compliant roles responsible for designing executing and documenting internal controls where they have been identified as owners to prevent errors in financial reporting processes and business operations. Including attestation to the completeness accuracy and compliance of all financial reporting data where applicable.
