As an Account Manager Life Sciences youll turn innovative solutions from PCR consumables to 2D-coded tubes and instruments into real-world impact. Manage your own territory collaborate with expert colleagues and travel up to 5060% while helping shape the future of research.
What Youll Do
Manage and grow customer accounts within your assigned territory: Northern CA & Pacific North-West
Deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations to customers
Lead and close complex sales opportunities directly
Collaborate with other Azenta product line teams to offer complete solutions
Proactively identify and develop new leads and business opportunities
Support and partner with distributor representatives to drive sales
Serve as a trusted resource for customers and distributors sharing product and company expertise
What you will Bring
Bachelors Degree required(Biology or Life Sciences preferred)
5 Years relevant experience in account management selling to various stakeholders in a lab environment in a designated region/ territory
Proven track record in meeting/ exceeding sales goals
Experience with and knowledge of the sample storage and/or molecular biology market is desirable.
Demonstrates keen business acumen sound decision making analytical and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment; a consultative approach to managing client relationships
Confident communication (written and oral) skills and a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with key stakeholders of internal and external organizations
Must have valid drivers license
Working Conditions/ Schedule
Home office based (ideally San Francisco CA or Seattle WA)
Frequent business travel (up to 50-60%)
Compensation will include incentive target plus car allowance. Full benefits package plus 401k with corporate match.

United States Base Compensation: $98000.00 - $117000.00The posted pay range for this position is an estimate based on current market data and internal pay structure. Final compensation may vary above or below this range depending on factors such as experience education (including licensure and certifications) qualifications performance and geographic location among other relevant business or organizational needs.
