WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

You will be supporting Sports Marketing teams reporting directly to Director and collaborating closely with Geo and City Sports Marketing teams as well as Geo Brand and Product partners.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a Senior Professional Sport Marketing Field Rep Training who will bring passion and experience to support and growth the profiles of our fitness trainer portfolio. You will help activate local strategies and programs in support of Nikes ambitions in the Fitness space. You will be a relationship- driven teammate who will assist in managing local trainer relationships community events and insights collection. The ideal candidate is proactive collaborative and detail oriented.

The candidate needs to have:

• Prior experience in athlete management experience in sport marketing fitness or community management
• Strong connections or knowledge of the local Fitness ecosystem
• Passion for training movement and the fitness/wellness community
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with Trainers and partners
• Strong organizational and time management skills in fast- paced environment
• Clear and confident communication skills both written and spoken
• Passion for creating opportunities for fitness Trainers to thrive
• Ability to travel up to (30-35%)

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

If this is you youll be responsible for but not limited to:

• Supporting Trainer relationships in your city including handling day-to-day requests and ensuring agreed terms are upheld
• Partnering with Global and local teams to help deliver a consistent approach to Trainer relationships and activations
• Assisting Geo Product & Brand teams to make sure Trainers receive appropriate seasonal product
• Acting as a point of contact for Trainers to help share product knowledge and storytelling opportunities
• Keeping track of local Fitness trends and sharing Trainer and industry insights with the team
• Helping to identify and elevate new opportunities that enhance our service to Trainers and consumers
• Being a collaborative partner who works cross-functionally with Sports Marketing Brand and Product teammates
