What youll be doing

Collaborating closely with colleagues and clients to deliver high-quality bespoke leadership and management development programmes.

Supporting cohorts of junior middle and senior managers through a blend of delivery coaching and qualification e.g. ILM supportboth in-person and virtually.

Creating interventions that engage challenge and support individual managers while meeting client organisational goals.

What youll bring

A qualification in Leadership/Management and/or significant experience in a management role
Proven experience of delivering Leadership & Management learning in corporate vocational or tertiary education settings.
Proven experience in assessment e.g. ILM (CAVA assessment qualification preferred).
Creativity adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Familiarity with psychometric tools leadership and OD models and frameworks.
Outstanding communication skills and the ability to collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders.
Tech-savviness and comfort with MS suites virtual collaboration tools and leading AI tools.
