Job Summary
CK Group is recruiting for a Training Specialist (blood glucose & ketone solutions) to join a company in the medical devices industry on a contract basis for 6 months with a possible further 6 months extension.
Salary:
Paying between 185 - 240 per day PAYE.
Training Specialist Role:
Our client is one of the worlds premier innovative biopharmaceutical companies discovering developing and providing over 160 different medicines vaccines and consumer healthcare products to help improve the lives of millions of people in the UK and around the world every year.
Location:
This role is field-based working across the central belt of Scotland in particular Lanarkshire and Glasgow. There will be regular travel across the region including possible overnight stays and occasional unsocial hours to meet business requirements.

Training Specialist Role:
- Deliver Expert Training: Provide and record product training for internal and external customers ensuring compliance with our clients standards.
- Customer Support: Handle training-related inquiries from product installation to ongoing contract support offering occasional troubleshooting and technical assistance as needed.
- On-Site Activities: Support hardware/software implementations during product launches.
- Background in nursing.
- Knowledge of Primary/Secondary Care organisations within the NHS ideally in a hospital environment.
- Experience in designing and delivering high-quality customised training programmes aligned with patient pathway strategies.
- Demonstrates depth of scientific knowledge both theoretical and practical in a medical setting.
- Strong communication time management and decision-making skills.
- Full UK/EU (or equivalent) driving license.
- Passport for potential overseas training.
- Fluent in written and verbal English.
