Senior Quantity Surveyor - Infrastructure Projects
Location: London
Contract: Permanent | Full-time
Salary: Competitive DOE
We're supporting a leading contractor in their search for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team, with involvement across major infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project costs from start to finish
- Prepare valuations, cost reports, and payment applications
- Handle subcontractor procurement and accounts
- Support with contract administration and change management
- Identify risks, value engineering opportunities, and commercial improvements
Requirements:
- Strong working knowledge of NEC contract options A, B, and C.
- Demonstrated experience in measurement, cost and value management, and forecasting.
- Expertise in change management and pricing, with a track record of managing variations effectively.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor, including at least 2 years in a senior capacity.
- Commercially astute with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
