The Administrative Coordinator 3 provides administrative support and coordinates educational practice and services activities to the Interim Dean of the College of Pharmacy.

An ideal candidate should possess the following competencies:

Minimum Qualifications

Two years of experience in administrative services.

EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION:
Every 15 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as six months of experience.

Position-Specific Details:
Appointment Type: Probational Promotional or Job Appointment
Location: This position is located in the College of Pharmacy on Bienville Ave in Monroe LA.
Work Schedule: University Hours; Monday-Thursday (7:30 am.-5:00 pm.) and Fridays (7:30 am.-11:30 am.) The ULM holiday schedule can be located on our website;
