Job Summary

Looking for Entry-Level Express Technicians

RESPONSIBILITES (include but are not limited to):

â Ensure to have Lube Oil and Filter changed in timely manner for ensured customer satisfaction.

â Checks all fluids and maintenance-related parts and tops-off or replaces fluids or filters/parts as required.

â Performs routine service inspections or tests and completes standard maintenance jobs.

â Maintains cleanliness of vehicles while performing service or repairs.

â Ensures that required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and standards.

â Follows all shop policy procedure safety and environmental rules.

â Helps maintain shop appearance and safety standards and ensures the shop runs in an efficient manner by performing duties such as inventory stocking and other general functions.

â Attends all staff meetings trainings and educational classes as required.

â Complete system diagnostics and full automotive troubleshooting and testing.

â Maintain an organized and neat shop area.

â Communicate directly with service advisors regarding the status of the service work as well as the estimated time for completion so that customers can be informed.

â Continuously learn new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions in order to stay informed with rapidly changing automotive technology.

â Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Companys Values in all interactions with customers coworkers and vendors.

â Performs other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS (include but not limited to):

â No experience necessary. We would prefer 1 year of Experience in the same position.

â Entry Level.

â Willing to learn.

â One year of relevant experience preferred.

â Knowledge of automotive servicing or repair highly desired.

â Unrestricted California drivers license and clean driving record.

â Able to drive both automatic and standard-transmission vehicles.

â Excellent communication customer service and problem-solving skills including the ability to maintain composure under stress.

â Excellent interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers vendors and staff.

â Safety and customer service oriented.

â Able to bend kneel squat stand and lift heavy objects as needed.

â Certification as a state inspector a plus.

â Professional appearance and work ethic.

â Automotive Interest.

â Self-motivated with solid work habits.

â Production standards once they have been trained.
