What are we looking for

You have 5 years of experience as a System Administrator or DevOps Engineer in complex IT environments managing Microsoft ecosystems and cloud infrastructures.
You are proficient inMicrosoft 365 Administration including Exchange Entra ID (Azure AD) SharePoint DNS/domains and network management and have hands-on experience with Remote Desktop Services.
You are skilled inPowerShell scripting Windows Apps Power Automate and Power Apps and use these tools to streamline and automate operations.
You have strong experience withMicrosoft Azure including resource management security and automation.
You are familiar withcontainerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes and have a good understanding of PostgreSQL databases and RabbitMQ messaging systems.
You have practical experience withmonitoring and communication tools such as Graylog Sentry Slack and Microsoft Teams ensuring system reliability and effective collaboration.
You are comfortable working withGitLab repositories and CI/CD pipelines.
You are structured proactive and solution-oriented always seeking to improve systems processes and team efficiency.
Fluent inEnglish and Portuguese both spoken and written.
