Position : Associate Account Manager

Schedule : Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm EST

Salary Range : 1300-1500 USD/month (to be assessed and approved by theclient based on the candidates experience knowledge skills andabilities)

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Associate Account Manager to join our team as a Reporting this role you will play a crucial part in ensuring accurate and timely reporting by pulling daily & weekly reports from Excel and other data sources. The ideal candidate possesses strong Excel skills a keen eye for data accuracy and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Data Extraction: Utilize advanced Excel techniques to extract and compile relevant data from various sources.
• Report Generation: Generate daily reports showcasing key metrics performance indicators and other relevant data that provide insights into the businesss operations client interactions and sales activities.
• Data Accuracy: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all data extracted and reported performing thorough quality checks and validation procedures to identify and rectify any discrepancies.
• Report Customization: Collaborate with Account Managers and other stakeholders to understand their specific reporting needs and customize daily reports accordingly.
• Data Analysis: Analyze trends and patterns within the reports to identify potential areas for improvement growth opportunities and actionable insights.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including Account Managers Data Analysts and IT to ensure smooth data flow and reporting processes.

Requirements:

• 2 years experience in Business Finance Analytics or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Must be fluent in English (written & spoken)
• Hours: 9am 6pm EST (remote)
• Strong analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Problem-solving orientation with a proactive and self-motivated attitude.
• Prior experience in data extraction analysis and reporting is a plus.
