Deliver a positive multi-channel customer experience through the effective fulfilment of orders and resolution of customer queries and complaints
Key responsibilties:
- Ensure the efficient delivery of customer orders and effective resolution of issues
- Provide customers with timely responses to digital social and telephone based requests and effective resolution of complaints
- Manage third party sales and payment channel enquiries and facilitate the resolution of issues
- Process online sales and manual web order allocations to ensure the efficient delivery of products
- Identify and escalate any website defects to trigger corrections and reduce reputational risk or financial loss
- Escalate issues in line with established processes and provide information and input for business investigations as required
- Work closely with stores and other teams to facilitate resolution of issues as required
Qualifications :
- Frontline customer service
- Retail instore sales or administration
- Microsoft Office suite
