Job Summary

SUMMARY: To provide upkeep of the C.T.C.H.E.C. building and surrounding grounds (lawn parking lot and support buildings). Includes all associated C.T.C.H.E.C. buildings (Wellness Prevention Walthill Dialysis Provider homes). ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES include the following:

Ensure the lawn care of all buildings is properly taken care of.
Ensure sidewalks and parking lots are clear of snow during winter.
Responsible for cleaning and maintaining of equipment that is used.
Responsible for changing all outside trash cans around buildings.
Responsible for painting carpentry and varnishing in the facility.
Receives work order from Facilities Manager and completes work.
Provides completed work orders to Facilities Manager logging.
Perform other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

High School Diploma/ G.E.D. required some experience preferred.

OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Small lawn machine and equipment experience.
