Net Mgr Yth SUD Ops
Are you passionate about making a meaningful impact Join our team as Network Manager Youth SUD Operations at MHMR where your expertise will directly contribute to programs that make a lasting impact.
As The Network Manager you will oversee the daily operations and performance of direct care staff (Residential Technicians) within Youth Substance Use Disorder (SUD) residential and detoxification treatment programs. You will ensure that staffing schedules are effectively managed and that client care safety and program standards are consistently addition to supervising direct care activities as the Network Manager you will be responsible for coordinating and maintaining facility operations including plant maintenance security safety protocols transportation equipment linen services food services and custodial functions. The position requires availability for on-call support and emergency response outside of regular business hours to ensure uninterrupted service delivery across SUD facilities.
Minimum qualifications:
Minimum Education: Bachelors Degree
Defined Education: Business Administration and/or Human Services or physical plant/safety
Preferences: None
Substitutions: High School Diploma with 6 years of experience in substance use disorder/healthcare treatment programs and/or physical plant/safety programs
Years Experience: Two (2) years
Defined Experience: Chemical addiction/healthcare treatment programs and/or physical plant/safety programs
License/Certifications: Valid Texas Drivers License and a good driving record
Special Courses: None
Supervisory Experience: Two (2) years
