About Us
The Learning Experience in Mt Pleasant is a fastgrowing early education center dedicated to delivering highquality care and learning experiences. We are seeking a dynamic Executive Center Director to lead operational execution staff development and growth at our site.
What Youll Do
Oversee all daytoday operations of the center: schedules staffing compliance safety and enrollment
Manage budgets P&L and resource allocation
Recruit train mentor and coach teachers and staff
Ensure curriculum implementation with fidelity conduct observations and support instructional improvements
Maintain licensing regulatory compliance health & safety standards
Lead parent engagement tours community outreach
Collaborate with regional leadership on marketing expansion and strategic initiatives
What You Bring
5 years of leadership in early education / childcare / preschool settings
Strong business acumen: budgeting metrics operational oversight
Excellent leadership communication and conflict management skills
Deep understanding of early childhood development curriculum classroom best practices
Bachelors degree preferred (Education ECE Business or related)
