Job Summary

As a PMS Specialist youll build and optimize our Performance Management System and SOP frameworks. This role is central to driving accountability process standardization and AI-based performance insights across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and manage PMS structure with defined KRAs/KPIs
  • Facilitate appraisal cycles and performance dashboards
  • Collaborate on SOP creation and process documentation
  • Support HR automation and AI-driven performance tracking
  • Ensure compliance audits and continuous process improvement

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors in HR/Business Administration; MBA preferred
  • 38 years in PMS or HR Process Management
  • Expertise in Google Workspace & HRMS
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Exposure to automation or AI-integrated HR systems
