Assistant Manager Varsity Lakes Tavern
Were the beating heart of Burleigh Waters where laid back Gold Coast lifestyle meets a high octane local pub scene. Were searching for a super-charged Assistant Manager who lives for good times great service and knows how to lead a crew through closing time with energy to spare!
We need an operations wizard someone who can pivot from a Grillhouse Bistro family feed to a packed Sports Bar Grand Final night without dropping the ball (or a beer).
A day in the life of an Assistant Manager:
- Get to know the locals so well they think youre part of the crew
- Support the Publican to keep the pub running smoothly safely and with a great vibe
- Learn the ropes of being a Publican while leading a team of absolute hospo legends
- Handle hiccups before they turn into headaches
- Bring the energy the service and the smiles every single shift
About you:
- Youve been around the bar bistro or gaming room block and maybe already done some supervising
- Youve learned from great managers and now youre ready to step up
- Youve got the confidence pride and people skills to be the face of the pub when the boss is away
- Youve got a current RSA and RSG/RCG as per state requirements
