SC&H Group is redesigning our approach to traditional Human Resources services with a commitment to Talent Experience & Operations. We are currently searching for a Talent Experience Partner to be based out of either our Hunt Valley or Columbia office in Maryland. This colleague will be a member of our firms corporate services team that supports colleagues across practice areas and geographic locations. The Talent Experience Partner will provide dedicated service to select practices throughout SC&H.
We are seeking a proactive independent decision-maker to advise leaders and shape programs in the areas of employee relations new hire orientation and onboarding and performance management. The Talent Experience Partner will be a critical collaborator to a group of practice leaders to ensure that their talent strategies and actions align with business objectives: supporting the firms ambitious growth goals and making every day rewarding for our amazing colleagues.
The Talent Experience Partner will be a member of the firms Talent Experience & Operations team with opportunities to work closely with other teams within our Talent function including Learning & Development and Talent Acquisition.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations performance management and HR best practices.
- Experience as a trusted advisor to leaders on important HR matters.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to deliver engaging group presentations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- This position requires a minimum of 4 days a week on site in either our Columbia MD or Hunt Valley MD office.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification.
- Experience in a professional services firm and/or rapidly growing company.

The expected annual base salary for this position is $85000-$100000. Salary offers are made based on a variety of candidate specific factors such as candidates skills performance job responsibilities prior relevant experience certain degrees and certifications and market considerations.
