Job Summary
YOU SHOULD WORK FOR EST:
We are a small but mighty private family business with a big footprint in the industry with locations in AZ CA HI SC WA and Guam. EST provides outstanding support during all aspects of each project from design construction installation and testing service and maintenance. Our customer base includes military industrial and construction companies mining municipalities and more.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DETAILS:
Support marketing campaign planning and execution across multiple channels
Assist with business development initiatives and lead generation
Create engaging content for internal and external audiences (digital print social)
Represent EST at military government and industrial locations
Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities
Uphold high standards of integrity and professionalism
Comply with federal contractor background screening requirements
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Strong team orientation and commitment to organizational goals
Effective proposal management skills: planning organization problem-solving and resource coordination
Fluent in English with excellent communication and listening skills
Self-motivated dependable well-organized and responsive to deadlines
Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
Ability to obtain and maintain:
U.S. Passport
Military base access credentials
Valid drivers license
Foundational knowledge of marketing and sales principles
Ability to represent EST professionally and pursue new project opportunities proactively
