Now were looking for an Interim People Operations Manager to keep that machine running smoothly for 15 months. Youll guide and support our People Operations team in Sweden making sure we deliver high-quality service every single time. From looking into day-to-day operations and fine-tuning our reporting to leading and supporting projects youll be at the center of our People Ops engine.

Your mission
- Supervise HR and payroll service delivery and ensure consistent quality
- Review KPIs SLAs and reports to monitor and improve performance
- Act as the point of contact for complex payroll and employment law topics
- Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports
- Lead or support People Operations projects in Sweden and across the region
- Collaborate closely with Finance People Partners and business stakeholders

With your collaborative mindset and positive energy youll help us raise the bar for how People Operations runs at foodora.

Qualifications :
- Solid experience in HR or Payroll operations ideally in a high-volume or matrix environment
- Experience supervising or coordinating a team (direct or indirect)
- Strong knowledge of Swedish payroll employment legislation and taxation
- Analytical mindset with a love for both data and detail
- Confidence navigating KPIs SLAs and ticketing systems
- Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English
- A calm structured and proactive approach especially when things get busy
