Job Summary
Job Title: UX/UI Designer

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled UX & UI Designer with a strong foundation in visual design and expertise in tools like Figma Adobe XD or Sketch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating intuitive user interfaces enhancing user experiences and collaborating with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation. A solid understanding of front-end technologies (HTML CSS JavaScript) is a plus for effective handoff and collaboration.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly creative and user-focused UX/UI Designer with 68 years of experience in designing intuitive engaging and visually compelling digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio that demonstrates expertise in Figma and other industry-standard design tools along with a solid understanding of user research responsive design and design systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers developers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into user-friendly designs.
- Lead the end-to-end design process from user research wireframing and prototyping to final UI design.
- Create high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes using Figma and similar tools.
- Develop and maintain scalable and consistent design systems ensuring usability and accessibility standards.
- Conduct user research usability testing and gather feedback to refine user experiences.
- Design responsive layouts optimized for mobile tablet and desktop platforms.
- Work closely with front-end developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Advocate for the user in all stages of the design and development process.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI trends design patterns and technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 68 years of proven experience as a UX/UI Designer in a digital product environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile UI designs prototypes and design systems.
- Proficiency in Figma (required) along with other tools like Adobe XD Sketch InVision or Zeplin.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles responsive design and accessibility.
- Experience conducting and synthesizing findings from user research and usability testing.
- Familiarity with front-end development constraints (HTML/CSS/JS understanding is a plus).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain design rationale to stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
- Exposure to design thinking methodologies and lean UX practices.
- Knowledge of motion design or micro-interactions (optional but a bonus).
