- To review buildability of IFC drawings and contractors shop drawings in terms of electrical aspect.
- To manage the contractors team during pre installation installation and post installation.
- To be responsible for overall project management in ensuring the quality cost statutory safety and environment issues and project scheduling requirements are met.
- To support with the establishment of the overall success criteria for the project including time cost technical and performance parameters.
- To identify and ensure that the appropriate line manager is aware of quality safety health and environment issues.
- To maintain effective project governance processes and systems to be utilised throughout project.
Qualifications :
- Degree from Electrical Engineering or relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years working experience in Electrical filed.
- Comprehensive understanding of all MEP-related scope of works as well as other scope which will influence matrix of responsibilities.
- Experience in managing and supervising MEP Project construction works and some luxury/ high-end residential commercial or mixed development project experiences.
- Strong communication skill.
