You will play a key role in driving successful outcomes identifying opportunities to standardise practices across adjacent teams and ensuring the delivery of high-quality high-value software to our customers. What youll be doing:
- Applying strong software testing principles to ensure robust and reliable code quality
- Implementing CI/CD pipelines and release strategies to streamline and automate software delivery
- Adopting Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban to support iterative and collaborative development
- Contributing technically within development teams by building maintainable features and solving complex challenges
- Providing constructive feedback through effective code reviews to enhance team performance and code standards
- Mentoring and coaching engineers to support their professional growth and foster a collaborative team culture
- Translating complex requirements into practical achievable solutions while considering team dynamics and organisational behaviour
