Were looking for a seasoned Creative Production Director to lead Dailymotions in-house Marketing Creative Production Hub and oversee all aspects of creative execution across brand campaigns product launches creator activations and internal brand needs. This hybrid role at the intersection of operations/process and creative craft perfect for a leader who thrives on turning bold ideas into high-quality on-brand content at scale.
Youll work closely with our Marketing Strategy & Execution Hub interface regularly with our core Design team and with external partners (agency or freelance). Youll manage a small internal team (creative content editor content specialist) and will play a pivotal role in building studio processes elevating production standards and ensuring that all brand outputs reflect the new creative ambition of Dailymotion.
Responsibilities
1. Studio Leadership & Process
Build and lead the operations of Dailymotions in-house Creative Production Hub
Define creative and production workflows to ensure speed and quality across multiple workstreams
Collaborate with the Design team to align on visual identity guidelines and high-value projects (UI sync visual language)
Manage creative calendars timelines and production trackers across all content types and channels
2. Creative Production
Oversee the execution of all brand creative: out-of-app assets (brand films print in-app assets landing pages and occasional extra formats
Participate in creative brief development storyboard development script reviews and creative pre-production
Manage in-house talent freelance talent and external partners (agencies music licensors production houses)
Occasionally lead small internal shoots or post-production work (all-hands video internal storytelling...)
3. Collaboration & Integration
Streamline all the creative process in line with the Strategy & Execution Hub needs
Serve as the glue between marketing ambitions and design integrity upholding brand quality while enabling agility
Support campaign delivery with project managers and help prioritize internal requests vs. strategic creative milestones
Qualifications :
8 years in creative production content operations or studio leadership ideally in media entertainment or digital-first environments
Proven experience managing creative workflows across multiple formats and channels (TV social in-app experiential)
Deep understanding of production logistics: budgeting usage rights music licensing vendor negotiations post-production workflows
Highly organized and methodical yet creatively driven able to translate abstract briefs into strong production plans
Comfortable managing teams and external partners with a collaborative and solutions-oriented mindset
Fluent in French and English
Bonus Points
Experience working with content or creator platforms.
Familiarity with subscription or ad-based monetization models.
Prior exposure to product-led growth (PLG) or CRM-based activation.
