The Electroneurodiagnostic EEG Technologist reports to the Clinical Services Manager Diagnostic Imaging.
Accountabilities:
- Performing high standard quality diagnostic EEG on adult and paediatric patients
Qualifications :
- Certified with Canadian Board of Registration of EEG Technologists preferred but American certification is also accepted
- Minimum of two years recent full-time experience performing EEG and assisting with EMG in a hospital setting required
- Proficiency in electromyography EMG (evoked potentials preferred)
- Current BCLS
- Computer proficiency required
- Fluent in English (comprehension reading writing speaking)
- Ability to work independently or as a member of a multi-Disciplinary team
- Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills are required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required
- Ability to work with adult and pediatric patients at various levels of acuity including critical care
- Excellent organizational and priority setting skills required
- Demonstrated commitment to continuing education
- Excellent attendance punctuality and work record
- Demonstrated Oslers Values of Respect Excellence Service Compassion Innovation and Collaboration
- May be required to travel between and work at all Osler sites

Hours: Currently Days 8 hours including weekends and statutory holidays (subject to change in accordance with operational requirements)
SALARY:
Minimum: $38.71 per hour
Maximum: $47.86 per hour
