Job Summary
- Quickly respond to quality issues identified during plant incoming inspection and on the production line
- Manage and execute software re-flashing procedures at the local plant following the clients guidelines and protocols
- Serve as the technical liaison between the plant and the clients engineering and quality departments
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve software-related issues impacting production
- Ensure proper documentation of re-flashing activities issue resolutions and compliance checks
- Monitor plant software operations identify risks and support mitigation strategies
- Deliver timely reports and updates on support activities issue status and process improvements
Qualifications :
- 2 years of experience in embedded systems automotive software or field engineering roles.
- Hands-on experience with software flashing tools and embedded device configuration.
- Understanding of automotive production processes and quality control standards.
- Experience with issue tracking tools (e.g. Jira) and log analysis.
- At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English
Would be a plus:
Familiarity with Android Automotive systems and reflashing procedures
