The Senior People Manager is a key and strategic HR business partner to the Global Airports business unit. This position drives the people plan initiatives programs and supports the business to achieve its operational goals - specifically across our major ports in Sydney and Brisbane as well as our broader corporate airports portfolio. Youll work closely with business leaders and internal stakeholders to ensure workforce needs are understood and embedded into HR strategies that enable performance capability and engagement.
What youll bring to the role:
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources Business or related fields.
- Extensive experience as a strategic HR business partner within operational and industrial environments ideally in complex matrixed organisations.
- Proven ability managing change and building organisational capability.
- Strong stakeholder management ability.
- Proven interpersonal and relationship development skills.
- The ability to work autonomously whilst remaining collaborative and considered as a part of a broader team.
- Strong verbal written and presentation skills with an ability to communicate in both technical and business language.
- Driven to succeed self-motivated and able to work independently with limited direction or guidance.
- Aviation industry knowledge is preferrable.
- Ability to travel domestically on a regular basis when required.
