Qualifications :

- Proven leadership experience in a front office or similar supervisory role with strong team coordination and people management skills.
- Solid background in hospitality ideally within a hotel or resort environment with a sound understanding of front office operations and guest service excellence.
- Exceptional customer service abilities with a calm and professional approach even during busy or challenging situations.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to juggle priorities and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
- High standard of personal presentation aligned with the professionalism and image of our brand.
- Flexibility to work across a rotating roster including weekends to meet the operational needs of the resort.
