About the Role:
As a Business Development Advisor youll manage a panel of brokers working closely with underwriting claims and credit teams to deliver responsive customer-focused service. Youll contribute to retention and growth strategies identify new business opportunities and share market insights to strengthen our competitive edge. What Youll Do
Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers to support retention and profitable growth
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve queries and deliver seamless service
Develop and manage broker objectives aligned to strategic outcomes
Prospect and qualify new business opportunities
Deliver training and presentations to broker offices
Share industry insights to identify trends and opportunities.
What Youll Bring:
Experience in insurance or sales with broker market knowledge highly regarded
Strong communication skills including presenting writing proposals and facilitating meetings
Ability to analyse data solve problems and manage time effectively
Comfortable working with clear goals and team support
