Job Summary
Dominos Pizza in Columbia United States is seeking a friendly and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at our 416 S 9th St location. As a key member of our front-line staff youll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a great experience with every interaction.
- Answer phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards and customer specifications
- Process cash and credit card transactions
- Provide exceptional customer service addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
- Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs. as needed
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards
- Assist with additional tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications :
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members
- Detail-oriented mindset to ensure order accuracy and maintain cleanliness standards
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to follow directions and adhere to company policies and procedures
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Positive attitude and friendly demeanor with an easy smile
- Team player mentality and willingness to assist colleagues as needed
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not necessary we provide training!
