- Assist in managing daily store operations and ensuring smooth workflow
- Support the store manager in achieving sales targets and implementing company policies
- Supervise and motivate staff members to maintain high performance standards
- Handle customer inquiries complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Participate in inventory management and stock control
- Assist in staff scheduling training and development
- Ensure compliance with health safety and security regulations
- Contribute to creating a positive work environment and fostering team collaboration
- Perform administrative tasks such as reporting and record-keeping
- Step in for the store manager when necessary
Qualifications :
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in time management and multitasking
- Computer literacy including familiarity with MS Office suite
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
