Were looking for a Manager with Azure PaaS expert knowledge to join our esteemed Cloud

Operations Team. As a seasoned DevOps expert you will support optimize Azure

infrastructure lead initiatives and ensure seamless service delivery in a 24x7 environment.

Technical writing expertise is a key component of this role.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills:

  • Mastery of a wide array of Microsoft Azure PaaS services networking components and
  • associated technologies including but not limited to:
  • Azure Key Vault Azure Storage Account Azure Redis Cache Azure Service Principal
  • Managed Identities Azure SQL Database Azure Cosmos DB Azure Application
  • Gateway Azure AKS Azure Functions Azure App Service Azure Logic Apps Azure
  • Event Grid Azure API Management Azure Cognitive Services Azure Search NSGs
  • ASGs Load Balancers UDRs VNet integration Service Endpoints Private Endpoints
  • and more.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in cloud technology and proactively
  • recommend new solutions to enhance our clients cloud investments.
  • Proficiency in scripting and automation using tools such as PowerShell Azure CLI
  • Python and Bash.
  • Strong grasp of DevOps principles and practices including CI/CD pipelines.
  • Excellent knowledge of AI/ML concepts and their application within cloud environments.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities coupled with a proactive and analytical approach to
  • troubleshooting.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to seamlessly engage with diverse
  • teams.
  • Proficient in service management with a robust understanding of incident change and
  • service request management processes.
  • Knowledgeable in logging and monitoring tools like Prometheus Datadog Splunk and
  • Azure Monitor.
  • Familiarity with version control systems such as Git and GitHub.
  • Design and implement virtual networks (VNets) with optimized subnets and IP
  • addressing.
  • Manage Network Security Groups (NSGs) and Application Security Groups (ASGs) for
  • granular network security.
  • Configure and optimize load balancers to ensure high availability and performance.
  • Define and manage User-Defined Routes (UDRs) for tailored network routing.
  • Implement Service Endpoints and Private Endpoints to establish secure connectivity.
  • Seamlessly integrate PaaS services with VNets to enhance security and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design implement and optimize PaaS
  • solutions aligned with business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools to efficiently provision scale and
  • manage diverse PaaS services and networking components.
  • Contribute to the implementation and enhancement of DevOps practices enabling
  • continuous integration delivery and deployment.
  • Harness AI/ML technologies to improve monitoring analytics and predictive
  • maintenance of PaaS services.
  • Monitor system performance troubleshoot incidents and resolve issues to ensure
  • uninterrupted service availability.
  • Act as a technical escalation point for complex incidents collaborating with support
  • teams for swift issue resolution.
  • Provide expert technical guidance to internal teams on various Azure PaaS services and
  • networking components.
  • Experience in building and maintaining chatbots is a plus.
  • Proficiency with HashiCorp stack tools including Terraform Vault and Consul along
  • with respective certifications.
  • Experience with container technologies and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes
  • AKS EKS Docker Rancher and Prisma Cloud Compute.

  • Proven track record of technical writing for software documentation ensuring high quality
  • and attention to detail.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into easily understandable text and visuals.
  • Excellent written English skills and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Basic understanding of the SDLC and software development processes.
  • Document processes configurations and best practices to facilitate knowledge sharing
  • and training.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse
  • audiences.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Good technical writing skills including the ability to produce high-quality technical and
  • procedural KB articles.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field (or
  • equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience with at least 5 years in Azure.
  • Microsoft Azure certifications: Microsoft Certified: AZ-104: Microsoft Azure Administrator
  • is mandatory.
  • Preferred certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-303
  • AZ-304 AZ-700) CSM PMP or Prince 2.
  • Additional certifications such as Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect or AWS
  • Certified Solutions Architect are advantageous.

Working Hours: Readiness to work in rotation-based shifts. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced24x7 operational environment
