Job Summary
We are looking for an Agent Accounts Receivable (m/f/d) - French speaker to join our Team Orange in Lisbon! Ideally you have gained several years of professional experience as an accountant but also juniors with a commercial background (e.g. office clerk tax clerk paralegal or bank clerk) and a fundamental understanding of numbers are welcome. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
- You are responsible for the handling of the outstanding balance for our corporate customers
- You are in charge of general customer communication and reminders (by telephone e-mail and post)
- You are responsible for the reconciliation and clarification of customer accounts
- You liaise with our internal/external partners and service providers
- You negotiate installment plans and handle debt collection
- You optimize our existing processes if needed
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
- You have successfully completed higher education with a commercial background and gained first experiences in a comparable role or you have several years of professional experience in a comparable position
- You love numbers and you have an analytical mindset
- You posses excellent communication skills to facilitate effective collaboration with customers and other departments
- You have a very good command of French and English or French and German
- You are confident in using MS-Office Excel
- You work efficiently thoroughly and independently
