Job Summary
Your contribution to something big:
- Research design and develop machine learning models (supervised unsupervised and reinforcement learning) and deep learning architectures to solve complex business problems.
- Build end-to-end data pipelines including data collection preprocessing and model deployment.
- Implement mathematical and statistical techniques (e.g. linear regression logistic regression time series analysis gradient-boosting) efficiently and accurately.
- Keep up to date with the latest ML/DL research frameworks and tools incorporating relevant advancements into existing workflows.
- Collaborate with software engineers data scientists and product managers to integrate AI solutions into production environments.
- Perform error analysis and refinements of models to ensure the highest possible performance and reliability.
- Document processes architectures and best practices to maintain clarity and continuity across teams.
Qualifications :
What distinguishes you:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Electrical Engineering Mathematics Statistics or a related field. A Ph.D. is a plus.
- Strong foundation in mathematical concepts including linear algebra calculus probability and statistics.
- Proven experience in building and deploying ML models (regression classification clustering etc.) and deep learning architectures (CNNs RNNs transformers etc.).
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages commonly used in ML/DL (e.g. Python R C); experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow PyTorch or scikit-learn is highly desirable.
- Solid understanding of software engineering best practices including version control (Git) testing continuous integration and containerization (Docker Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS GCP Azure) for ML model deployment and data storage.
- Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to understand complex domains and produce innovative high-impact solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
