Job Summary
Data Management:
- Enter maintain and update employee data in the HRIS to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Conduct regular data audits to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Perform data uploads into Workday utilizing Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs).
System Administration:
- Configure maintain and optimize various HR processes like payroll talent & performance and onboarding/offboarding.
- Coordinate and support the deployment of Workdays bi-annual upgrade releases.
- Test new system changes and support integrations between Workday and third-party vendors.
- Troubleshoot technical issues reported by end users providing level 2 support across multiple Workday modules.
- Participate in projects aimed at continuous improvement and development of HR technology solutions.
User Support & Training
- Serve as a primary technical point of contact for end users.
- Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to educate end users on HR system features and functionality.
- Effectively collaborate with teams such as HR Benefits Payroll IT Recruiting and Finance providing exceptional customer service.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms (e.g. Workday ADP).
- Experience with data analysis and report generation.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Able to show initiative in an agile environment and take on independent learning.
