- Conduct research and data analysis to understand talent acquisition processes onboarding strategies for new markets and data-driven improvements for recruitment efficiency.
- Analyze recruitment KPIs to identify trends improve funnel efficiency and optimize time-to-hire and cost-per-hire metrics.
- Contribute to sourcing strategies and processes to support international growth and operational scalability.
- Participate in business expansion projects by identifying opportunities for process improvement and operational excellence within the People function.
Qualifications :
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business management or a related field with a strong interest in talent acquisition and business development.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset with the ability to conduct research and interpret recruitment metrics.
- A proactive eager-to-learn attitude with the ability to work independently and take ownership of project-based tasks.
- Fluency in English is required; German language skills are a strong plus.
- A passion for working in a dynamic fast-changing environment and contributing to international expansion efforts.
